Atakey is the leading producer of frozen potatoes in Turkey. It was established as a joint venture by Özgörkey Family and Ata Holding, one of the leading conglomerates in Turkey, to produce frozen potatoes for Ata Holding’s quick service restaurant business.

Ata Holding owns Tab Gıda owning the master franchise rights of Burger King, Arby’s, Sbarro, Popeyes in Turkey and Burger King in China.

Tab Gıda acquired 50% of Atakey.

Arıtaş is a manufacturer of cryogenic systems and components for over 35 years. Its products are exported to more than 75 countries worldwide for the new manufacturing facility in Bandırma, Turkey. Arıtaş was owned by Worthington Industries.

Worthington Industries, Inc. based in US a metals manufacturing company, focuses on value-added steel processing and manufactured metal products in the United States, Austria, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and Portugal. It operates through two segments, steel processing and Pressure Cylinders.  Worthington Industries’ revenues in 2018 was US$3.5 billion.

Broadview based in the Netherlands is the leading small scale LNG distribution group in Europe. Broadview holds participations in Barents Naturgass A.S., Molgas Energia S.A.U. and Cryogenic Container Solutions B.V., which are jointly the European market leader in small scale distribution of LNG. 

Broadview acquired 100% of Arıtaş.

Emas is a leading polypropylene and polyamide engineering plastics compounder in Turkey and mainly serves automotive and white goods sectors.  Emas operates three manufacturing sites in Bursa, Gemlik and Manisa.

Sumika based in UK has been manufacturing thermoplastics for over 30 years and develops, manufactures and offers a wide range of thermoplastic polyolefin based compounds and elastomers.  Sumika's shareholders are Sumitomo Chemical Group, Itochu Corporation and Toyo Ink. 

Sumika acquired 100% of Emaş.
