OBO Bettermann is a Germany-based manufacturer of electrical infrastructure systems, offering 30,000 products across connection, fastening, cable support, fire protection, surge protection, and underfloor installation systems, with approximately 4,500 employees and operations in over 60 countries.                      

OBO Bettermann Group acquired a majority stake in Ezel Cıvata.  

Akkim is a leading global manufacturer of adhesives and sealants, generating revenues of EUR 235 million in 2025 with a broad customer base and a well-established distribution network focused on the high-growth markets across Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and North Africa.

Akkim currently operates two production facilities in Türkiye and Romania, and is further expanding its capacity through a major additional site in Türkiye to support future growth.

Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a globally leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protection in the building sector and industry, with approximately 33,000 employees and revenues of around EUR 12 billion in 2025.

Sika acquired 100% of the shares of Akkim.
