Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a globally leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protection in the building sector and industry, with approximately 33,000 employees and revenues of around EUR 12 billion in 2025.

Sika acquired 100% of the shares of Akkim.

The Company aims to position itself as a regional R&D and clinical development hub in the midterm, advancing treatments across oncology, hemostatic disorders, rheumatology, osteoporosis, infertility, and hemoglobinuria.

Ziraat Portföy Element Özel GSYF acquired a majority stake in Yerlika.

Owned by Emaar, The Land of Legends is Türkiye’s leading theme park complex, comprising two parks, a hotel, and a shopping avenue located in Antalya. The destination features more than 40 water slides in its Aqua Park and over 20 rides in the Dry Park, as well as Europe’s first public open-air aquarium and one of the world’s largest roller coasters. It also includes Türkiye’s first hotel specifically designed for children.

Rixos Hotels, ultimately controlled by Fettah Tamince, operates a portfolio of luxury resorts and city hotels across Türkiye.

Rixos Hotels acquired 50% of Land of Legends.
