The company hosts on average 2 million visitors each year. Tüyap operates 92,000 sqm exhibition area in Istanbul, Bursa and Konya.
İş Venture Capital and Netherlands Development Finance Company FMO acquired 51% of Tüyap by providing US$12 million in equity. FMO also extended a loan facility of US$7 million.
